Associate Director
Role at CSBM
As an Associate Director, Tia supports clients with managing client success, team performance, and process and program implementation. They also support clients by onboarding new clients and leading the transition, as well as managing staffing needs for their client teams.
Prior Experience
Prior to coming to CSBM, Tia worked in the retail banking industry for serval years where she worked her way up from a Teller to Operations Manager. She has held every position in a retail branch and has worked at three of the top retail banking institutions.
