Since our launch in 2006, we have been committed to justice, equity, diversity and inclusion. As a minority owned and operated business, with close to 100% diversity amongst our team based on the “Big 8” social identifiers, we feel blessed to serve nonprofits, schools and social enterprises, most of which also largely support communities of color. We work to empower our clients to understand and practice responsible financial management, which ensures the organizations we serve continue impacting BIPOC individuals.

Additionally, we care tremendously about using the power of business as a force for good and converted from an S Corporation to a Benefit Corporation in 2019, which demonstrates our commitment to higher standards of purpose, accountability and transparency for our clients. We annually publish our Benefit Report that demonstrates our impact on society.
