As our VP of People & Culture, Patricia leads and manages all aspects of recruitment, professional development, performance management, and employee engagement. She works across the organization to develop and deliver people programs that supports the growth of the organization and the professional development of the team. Patricia brings over 15 years of experience in various roles that focus on people strategies and programs, learning and development, and organizational development and adult learning.

Prior Experience

Patricia was the VP of Human Strategy at a Healthcare IT company and worked for an IT consulting company developing and delivering training programs for human services agencies.
