Prior Experience
Melissa began her career as a secondary English and Literature teacher, grades 6-12 in international and nonprofit schools in the US and in Bolivia. She transitioned into talent management and recruitment strategy before most recently earning her Masters in Public Administration while independently consulting in HR strategy. She has led teams in the areas of professional development, employee retention and satisfaction, program evaluation, and community impact.
