As a Financial Manager, Kwon supports clients with accounting activities, financial analysis and reporting, and managing the work of the accounting team. They also support clients by managing the full scope of the yearly audit process.
Prior Experience
Kwon has 10+ years of finance and accounting experience in which 3 of those years are with a non-profit organization. During his time there, he led 3 fiscal year audits where the audits were completed successfully and reduced the amount of time the auditors spent in the field, reducing the cost. He has also lead and trained a team of up to 8.
