Sharon offered some choice advice to women aspiring to lead fulfilling careers:
“Dig deep and do some honest soul searching to find out really what your passion is and how you can incorporate that into your chosen career. When you truly enjoy what you are doing, you feel unstoppable.” She feels she owes much of her success and happiness to choosing smaller, mission-driven organizations.
