NEW YORK, NY, March 27, 2019 – CSBM congratulates Jeanine Taylor, Financial Manager, who was named as one of Schneps Media’s 2019 Stars Under 40. The organization identifies workers under 40 for their exemplary work as leaders, professionally in their career fields and personally, amongst their community. Those nominated were selected through a process that values career success and sterling reputations.
“With a desire to positively impact her community, Jeanine works as a financial consultant for charter schools at Charter School Business Management (CSBM). Her work ensures the financial viability of her charter schools by providing a platform for students from historically disenfranchised communities to have access to a high quality education… In her free time, Jeanine has been an active member for more than ten years of the Epsilon Pi Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the Greater Queens Chapter, of the Links, Inc. With the Links, Inc. Jeanine served as Co-Chair of the Fundraising Committee to assist in raising funds for deserving Queens scholarship recipients… Under her leadership, the chapter awarded scholarships to deserving high school seniors each year, launched a mentorship program for 6th-8th grade girls at PS 116, focusing on civic engagement, leadership development, character building and academic excellence and created a philanthropic 501(c)3 organization, The Pearls and Ivy Foundation of Queens, Inc., to further support the community.”
The selected nominees were recognized at LaGuardia Plaza Hotel at a networking and awards ceremony. In attendance were top professionals that spanned a variety of sectors. Schneps Media also exhibited an expo with the area’s leading businesses. More than 500 guests attended this prestigious award ceremony, which is hosted annually in several local markets including Queens and Brooklyn.
