As an Associate Director, Viviana supports clients with managing client success, team performance, and process and program implementation. They also support clients by onboarding new clients and leading the transition, as well as managing staffing needs for their client teams.
Prior Experience
Previously, Viviana served as an Accounts Payable Associate at Stroz Friedberg LLC, a private forensics and investigations firm in New York City. She worked for a number of years in the factoring sector for financial services providers Ultimate Financial Solutions and Sterling Factors, serving in various accounting and administrative roles.
