As a Senior Director of Accounting Quality Assurance, Kim is responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting practices, ensuring strict adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and maintaining the highest standards in financial reporting, quality assurance, and internal controls. This role will lead efforts to establish and enforce accounting policies, develop comprehensive compliance programs, and implement robust audit controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and the effectiveness of internal controls across the organization.
Prior Experience
Kim’s career in public accounting began at a Big Four firm, where she worked on financial and Sarbanes-Oxley audits for publicly traded companies. She then moved to a Fortune 500 company as a Senior Financial Accountant, where she contributed to financial statements, budgets, and long-term forecasts.
