Role at CSBM
As Director of Consulting Services, Heather manages a team that supports over 20 charter schools and support organizations in the NYC area. In her current role, she assists with the launching of new charter schools, participates in annual financial audits, provides professional development to Directors of Finance and Operations, and works closely with school leadership and board members throughout the year as their financial thought partner. Since joining CSBM in 2009, Heather has also worked on a series of webinars related to best financial practices for charter schools as well as compensation analyses for individual charter schools.
Prior Experience
Heather previously worked for Oasis Children’s Services, an organization providing summer camps and after-school programs in and around NYC. While there, she worked in various roles including the Director of Operations and Business Development Coordinator.
