Prior Experience
With a background in HR, Gabrielle’s journey began in payroll and quickly transitioned into a more people-centric role as a recruiter, before advancing to an HR Manager position. In this role, Gabrielle developed and conducted various staff trainings, curated engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, and implemented continuous staff development strategies.
