On Friday, June 20th, Founder & CEO Raj Thakkar met with fellow B-Corp employees to pack over 2,900 pounds of food with the Food Bank for Westchester, which serves over 200,000 hungry residents. After completing their hard work, the volunteers took a tour of Greyston Bakery, a fellow B-Corp that provides several jobs to formerly incarcerated individuals. Mr. Thakkar described the experience of interacting with so many different socially-driven organizations as “exhilarating.” He is excited to see how these organizations and the B-Corp Family as a whole continue to grow.
