Charter School Business Management is proud to share that our President & COO, Karen Daniels, served as a judge at the NYU SPS Human Capital Management (HCM) x SHRM Case Study Competition on Monday.
This highly competitive event brought together top HCM students from NYU SPS to work through a rigorous and timely business case designed to reflect the complexities of today’s workforce and the evolving challenges faced by HR leaders. Participants were tasked with analyzing real-world scenarios, developing strategic solutions, and presenting their recommendations to a panel of experienced professionals.
Events like this play an important role in bridging academic learning with practical application, giving students the opportunity to sharpen their critical thinking, collaboration, and leadership skills in a dynamic environment.
We are honored to have been represented by Karen Daniels on the judging panel and to support initiatives that help develop the next generation of human capital and business leaders.
We extend our thanks to NYU SPS and SHRM for hosting such a meaningful and impactful competition.
