On Friday December 6th, our Founder & CEO, Raj Thakkar attended a celebratory luncheon in Times Square with fellow team members, Alexis Kesselman, Keith Morton and Laron Walker. They were thrilled to learn that Crain’s NY Business named CSBM #23 out of the 75 Best Places to Work in NYC for 2013, out of nearly a thousand companies who applied. We feel humbled and honored to receive this distinction again in 2013 as we first made this list in 2012 and we thank our entire team for their hard work and dedication to serving our clients.
In their evaluation of CSBM, Crain’s New York Business writes, “Going above and beyond the call of duty for colleagues has its rewards, which can range from gift cards to free flights. During the luncheon, Raj additionally served as a panelist in a discussion titled “Top Execs on Hiring Top Talent: Finding the Best People for the Best Places to Work,” where he shared his insights for attracting and retaining employees, while preserving CSBM’s unique company culture.
Crain’s New York Business joined with Best Companies Group to conduct thousands of employee surveys in order to identify and recognize NYC’s outstanding employers. Survey questions covered topics such as perks, benefits, and opportunities for advancement. The 2013 “Best Places to Work” winners came from a diverse range of industries, including advertising and marketing agencies, consulting firms, law practices, and technology firms.
