Embodying our core value of Learn and Evolve, CSBM will participate in the Inner City Capital Connections program (ICCC) this coming June. With an 11 year track record of helping companies and their leaders learn, grow, and thrive, ICCC provides small business leaders with practical knowledge and connections to create more jobs and build capital.
Sponsored by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC), the program is aligned to the ICIC’s mission to serve economically distressed areas across the country. Companies selected to participate must have at least $2 million in sales and have at least 51% of physical operations in economically distressed urban areas or have at least 40% of employees residing in underserved economically disadvantaged neighborhoods.
“I truly appreciate this opportunity to explore business development strategies with like-minded social entrepreneurs who are striving to improve our city and to drive economic growth in all neighborhoods. I look forward to learning from the program leaders and fellow participants as well as to sharing some strategies that have promoted CSBM’s continual growth over the past ten years.” – Raj Thakkar, Founder and CEO
