The Philadelphia School Partnership with the PA Coalition of Public Charter Schools and the Excellent Schools PA held the Philadelphia Charter Operations Conference on January 11th. The discussion focused on issues ranging from fiscal sustainability, financial management practices, operations and board governance. Karen Daniels and Lori Clement led a conference session to share Best Practices for Finance and Operations with Philadelphia charter school leaders, innovators and experts.
