Effective Date: September 18, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the internal Salesforce–QuickBooks Online integration (“Integration”) operated by Charter School Business Management Inc. (“CSBM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

  1. Purpose

The Integration connects CSBM-authorized Salesforce and QuickBooks Online environments to support internal accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation, revenue tracking, record maintenance, and related administrative activities.

  1. Internal Use Only

Integration is a private business application intended solely for CSBM and personnel or service providers specifically authorized by CSBM. It is not offered to the public or licensed to CSBM clients as a commercial software product.

  1. Authorized Access

Access is limited to authorized individuals and systems. Anyone permitted to access the Integration must:

  • Use it only for legitimate CSBM business purposes;
  • Protect account credentials and authentication information;
  • Follow applicable CSBM security, confidentiality, privacy, records-management, and acceptable-use requirements; and
  • Promptly report suspected unauthorized access, security incidents, or misuse to CSBM.

CSBM may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time.

  1. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Access or attempt to access information without authorization;
  • Circumvent security or access controls;
  • Use the Integration for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
  • Copy, disclose, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the Integration except as authorized by CSBM; or
  • Introduce malicious code or otherwise interfere with Integration or connected systems.
  1. Third-Party Services

The Integration connects to third-party platforms, including QuickBooks Online and Salesforce. Use of those platforms is also governed by the applicable agreements, privacy notices, and security requirements of Intuit, Salesforce, and any other authorized service provider.

CSBM does not control the availability or operation of third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or failures originating from those services.

  1. Ownership

The Integration, including CSBM-developed configurations, workflows, documentation, and related materials, is maintained for CSBM’s internal business purposes. No ownership interest or right to reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Integration is granted to any user or third party.

QuickBooks, Intuit, Salesforce, and other third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. Availability and Modifications

CSBM may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Integration at any time for operational, security, legal, compliance, or business reasons. CSBM does not guarantee that the Integration will always be available or error-free.

  1. Disclaimer

The Integration is provided for CSBM’s internal business use on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CSBM disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

  1. Termination and Disconnection

CSBM may discontinue the Integration or disconnect it from QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, or another connected service at any time. When a connection is terminated, CSBM will revoke or remove the associated access credentials and tokens as appropriate.

Business records previously transferred through the Integration may remain in CSBM’s authorized systems when retention is necessary for accounting, contractual, legal, security, audit, or operational purposes.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.

  1. Changes to These Terms

CSBM may revise these Terms when the Integration, applicable requirements, or CSBM’s business practices change. The effective date shown above will be updated when revisions are published.
