Role at CSBM

Viviana is primarily responsible for ensuring that the fiscal needs of her schools are being met. Her responsibilities include monitoring clients’ financial and operational activities to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, managing payroll, budgeting, and preparing monthly and annual financial statements for analysis, reporting, and auditing procedures. As a financial thought partner, her focus is on meeting compliance requirements with state and federal law, generally accepted accounting principles, and sound financial policies and procedures. She is committed to the company’s mission and encouragement of teamwork, camaraderie, and professional growth.

Prior Experience

Previously, Viviana served as an Accounts Payable Associate at Stroz Friedberg LLC, a private forensics and investigations firm in New York City. Until then, she worked for a number of years in the factoring sector for financial services providers Ultimate Financial Solutions and Sterling Factors, serving in various accounting and administrative roles.
