As a Financial Manager, Luisa supports clients with accounting activities, financial analysis and reporting, and managing the work of the accounting team. They also support clients by managing the full scope of the yearly audit process.
Prior Experience
Luisa brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit and charter school finance, specializing in grant management, budgeting, audits, and team leadership. She previously served as Financial and Budget Reporting Manager at an international NGO, overseeing budgets, expense reviews, funding tracking, and compliance. Before that, she was Controller for an FQHC and a charter school nonprofit, managing accounting operations, financial reporting, and audits.
