Role at CSBM
As a Financial Manager, Kayti supports clients with accounting activities, financial analysis and reporting, and managing the work of the accounting team. They also support clients by managing the full scope of the yearly audit process.
Prior Experience
Kayti has 10 years of previous consulting experience working with a myriad of companies in various industries. Additionally, she spent the last decade working in the nonprofit sector, most recently as the Executive Director of nonprofit schools for underprivileged children. In her role as Executive Director she established best practices and protocols that allowed the school to remain open and financially stable throughout the COVID pandemic. During my tenure she increased revenues by 50% and developed a partnership with the local school district that created the gold standard for serving infant and toddler children.
