Associate Director
Role at CSBM
As an Associate Director, Kamilah supports clients with managing client success, team performance, and process and program implementation. They also support clients by onboarding new clients and leading the transition, as well as managing staffing needs for their client teams.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining CSBM, Kamilah has worked extensively with New York City Charter Schools, first as Director of Operations at Brownsville Ascend Charter School, followed by Director of Operations with the Charter School Office at the NYC Department of Education (NYCDOE). Prior to joining CSBM, Kamilah was a Financial Analyst with the NYCDOE.
