Lori Clement

Role at CSBM

As Manager of Growth, Lori is primarily responsible for pursuing CSBM’s internal and external growth opportunities. Lori’s CSBM projects include introducing potential clients to CSBM’s services, developing marketing materials, quantifying CSBM’s impact and defining internal processes for expansion. Lori also works directly with charter sector clients by evaluating start-up applications, project managing the renewal process, and supporting development initiatives. She is also founder of Team EnKindle, CSBM‘s monthly book club.

Prior Experience

Prior to joining CSBM, Lori worked as a Senior Analyst with the State University of New York(SUNY) Charter Schools Institute, where she managed the renewal process impacting the education of over 35,000 students. While at SUNY, Lori evaluated the academic programs of New York state charter schools, reviewed and evaluated grant proposals, new and renewal charter applications, as well as instituted a renewal application review process to increase the rigor of analysis of each school’s renewal prospects.
